Buyer's note on heavy trucks:
Buyers will need to provide at time of purchase a DOT number, a federal EIN that
is associated with the DOT number.
If concrete trucks will be purchased using tax exempt
status to be used in the state of Washington to haul concrete the buyer must
also provide a M&E certificate.

Fees will apply to ALL vehicle
sales. Buyers will pay Washington State sales tax of 8.9%, Filing fees for
licensing, and a $85 buyers premium.
